Edith
Edith is originally from Georgia and that’s where her interest in the auction industry began. She attended auction school and obtained her personal property appraisal credentials in 2013. She is USPAP compliant and has performed appraisals all over the US. In 2014, Edith obtained her real estate license (Colorado) and has sold more than $20M worth of real estate since that time. In 2019, Edith acquired a Denver-based auction company, making Colorado Premier Realty & Auction Services the only full-service asset liquidator in Denver. Sara
Sara is the Online Auction Manager for Colorado Premier Realty & Auction Services. Sara has been involved in the auction industry for over twenty years as a consumer and reseller. She joined the company in early 2021. With a background in hospitality and restaurant management, Sara utilizes her customer service experience to assist new and existing clients interested in the auction, real estate, or appraisal services. She is currently working towards obtaining her Colorado State Real Estate License and earning her GPPA designation. Sara acts as a primary point of contact for any questions or information regarding Colorado Premier Realty & Auction Services.
